Franciscan Sisters provide brief update on activities during pandemic Part of the celebration turned into a 20-year relationship with the Tertiary Sisters of St. Francis in Cameroon, Africa, known as the Common Venture. In 1999, she was officially incorporated as a Franciscan Sister of Perpetual Adoration. The twinkle in her eyes made one wonder what she was planning next. In eighth grade she shared her call with her parents, who were very supportive. Playing cards and putting jigsaw puzzles together also gave her great pleasure. She loved biking and walking anything to be out in Gods creation. She shared her love of beauty in various ways on her missions and at the motherhouseoften being the mastermind behind decorations for special occasions.
